Portman Scott Ltd (‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. In providing these services we must process personal data and in doing so, the Company acts as a data controller.

At Portman Scott, we’re committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorised employees within the company have access, on a need-to-know basis, to any information collected from individuals. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service and will investigate any unauthorised actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible where necessary.

Information Collection and Use

Portman Scott collects information from our users via our online contact form which can also be used to send us an application letter or CV. We are the sole owner of the information collected via our online contact form. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others without your consent. Any emails sent by us or any authorised third parties will only be in connection with the provision of our work-finding services and products.
